As an Inside Sales Representative, you will assist individuals and businesses in navigating complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations while identifying opportunities for tax relief. You will analyze financial situations, provide expert tax advice, and develop strategic solutions tailored to each client's needs.
As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will oversee complex tax cases, negotiate with the IRS, and provide high-level tax resolution services to clients. You will lead tax strategy development and mentor junior consultants while ensuring clients receive the best possible tax relief solutions.
As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses. You will ensure clients maximize deductions and credits while remaining compliant with tax laws.
As a Case Manager owns the client relationship after the sale, guiding the case from signed agreement through final resolution. They handle onboarding, collect the financial documentation and signed authorization forms needed to work the case, get clients current on unfiled returns, and coordinate between the client and the licensed tax professional negotiating with the IRS. They also drive retention through proactive status updates and keeping fee plans on track
A Billing Specialist owns the money side of the client lifecycle, managing fee agreements, payment plans, and the processing of recurring installments after a case is signed. They handle failed and declined payments, follow up on past-due balances, process refunds and adjustments, and keep billing records reconciled between the payment processor and Logics. They also field client billing questions and work with case managers to resolve payment issues before they turn into cancellations or chargebacks.
